Shoulder of Lamb with Sweet Raby James

INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 shoulder of lamb 
- 1 tbsp rape seed oil
- 2 tbsps Sweet Raby James Spice 
- 6 cloves of garlic 
METHOD
1.Mix oil and spice to a paste 
2. Slash the lamb and make some inserts stud with the garlic. 
3. Rub spice mix in and leave overnight or at least 4 hrs in fridge 
4. Roast 30 mins on high 220deg 
5 . Pour in some stock cover and lower oven to 150deg cook 4-5hrs take out and rest for 30 mins lamb will fall off the bone !
