- 4x Lamb Chop
- 2 tbsp of Olive Oil
1. Pour 2 tbsp of olive oil and 1 heaped tbsp of Mr Wolf's Imperial Spice into bowl and mix thoroughly (marinade).
2. Place lamb chops in a freezer/sandwich bag, pour marinade into bag and rub into chops.
3. Let sit overnight in the fridge or for atleast 1 hour.
4. Fry Chops 1 to 2 mins per side, or until nicely burnt on the outside and just cooked through on the inside.
